central location friendly staff useful parking
the hotel is in a central location near many attractions. i found snacks available in the lobby. the staff was friendly. i appreciated that valet parking was very useful, especially since it is near the restaurants. the rooms were clean and modern.
the breakfast was exactly the same every day.

the breakfast buffet offered various options. i appreciated the availability of à la carte choices. the food was AMAZING!!! however, the same options were available every day, something to consider if staying for a longer period.

The location is central. Many attractions are within walking distance. bars and restaurants surround the hotel. the hotel is near the main station, so transportation is quite convenient. this made exploring the area very easy.

The room was a good size (I had a Standard Room). The breakfast was extensive and good. (especially the pastries!).
The pool was small and very busy. There was little space to move around it because there were too many chairs.

the staff was consistently available and helpful throughout my stay. breakfast included a wide variety of options and fresh ingredients. i found the location convenient. the gym featured several modern machines, including treadmills and stationary bikes.

my room included a safe. the breakfast had good options for bread and cheese. i used the rooftop pool. There were ample towels available near the entrance (a thoughtful touch).
The noise from the street was noticeable at times. Heavier curtains could help.

good advice tasty dinner comfortable bed calming ambiance
the staff provided good advice. they looked after me. dinner was tasty. the bed proved very comfortable. staff solved issues quickly. the hotel ambiance was calming. the facilities operated well. i enjoyed my time there.
some decor seemed worn. the maintenance requires attention.

friendly receptionist amazing directions luxury products broken a c hot summer no compensation
the receptionist, was friendly! she gave amazing directions and recommendations. i received an upgrade to a superior room! it was one of the nicest rooms i ever stayed. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had luxury products.
the a/c didn't work. it was a hot summer day. i called reception three times and they just told me they will adjust the a/c. no one solved the problem. i wasn't offered another room.
