The rooftop pool offers panoramic city views and is open all year, with a pool bar and sun loungers. Guests have access to a fitness center with multiple equipment options and a gym that can be reserved for solo use. Additional services include bicycle rental, babysitting for children, and valet parking with an electric vehicle charging station.

Essence rooms are located on a separate independent floor and include a private terrace with complimentary snacks and beverages throughout the day. Each Essence room also provides daily bottled water, national and international daily press, and access to an exclusive communal fridge with wine, beer, and soft drinks. Standard rooms come with Clarins toiletries, a safe, and a flat-screen TV, with some offering balconies overlooking the city.

Restaurante Entremuros serves nouvelle Mediterranean cuisine and is built above glass-floored ancient ruins visible from the dining area. Breakfast includes products for celiacs, with a buffet and à la carte options such as poached eggs and avocado. The hotel also has a stylish bar and a snack bar by the pool serving salads and cocktails.

The hotel is situated 500 meters from the Cathedral and the Picasso Museum, a 10-minute walk from the AVE high-speed train station. The Carmen Thyssen Museum and Alcazaba Fortress are within walking distance, and the beach and marina are a 20-30 minute stroll. A taxi rank is located directly outside the hotel, and the city center's shops and restaurants are a 30-second walk away.

Important archaeological remains, including part of Málaga's Arabic walls, were found beneath the hotel and are open for guests to visit from the lobby. A glass floor in the reception area reveals these Roman and Moorish ruins, making the ancient city walls a permanent exhibit. The hotel also houses a fascinating exhibition of historic objects displayed throughout the public spaces.
